What's the difference between Launch and Care?
Launch is one-time — $75 and you're done. Care adds $10/month for ongoing changes, domain renewal handling, and priority support. Start with Launch and upgrade later if you want.
How long does it take to get my site?
Up to 14 business days from when you submit your brief. Most are delivered faster, but I don't promise anything I can't keep.
How many pages does the $75 site include?
One scrolling page with all your key info: hero, about, services, contact form, footer. Modern, clean, conversion-focused. Need more pages? Add them for $50 each, or upgrade to Care for ongoing changes.
Why no revisions in the Launch tier?
$75 is the lowest price you'll find for a real custom-built site, and it works because the brief you fill out IS the spec. I build exactly what you tell me. If you want changes after, you can pay per change ($15+) or upgrade to Care for ongoing edits. Note: if I make an objective mistake (typo, wrong photo, broken link) I always fix it free.
What if my desired domain is taken?
That's why I ask for 3 backup options. I register the first available one and let you know which one I got.
What if I don't have a logo?
I'll create a simple text-based logo using your business name and brand colors at no extra charge. Want a custom-designed logo? That's a $100 add-on (or $90 for Care members).
I want to change something after my site is live. What now?
Three options: subscribe to Care ($10/mo) for 3 changes per month included, pay per change ($15+ per request), or take the site over yourself — I'll send the files and instructions.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own the domain, the content, the design, everything. I'm just the builder + (optionally) the caretaker.
Where is my site hosted?
Cloudflare's global network. Same infrastructure used by Discord, IBM, and L'Oréal. Fast, secure, reliable. Hosting itself has no monthly cost. Your only ongoing cost is the domain renewal: typically around $15/yr for a standard .com, more for premium extensions like .io, .ai, or .co. Handled for you on Care.
What's your refund policy?
Once your site is delivered, the $75 is final. If I somehow fail to deliver after 30 days from your submission, reach out and I'll refund. Care is cancel-anytime; no refunds for partial months.
